OVERVIEW
Launch Crew is Germany's largest community for Founders Associates — the operators, analysts, and early hires who sit next to founders and make young companies run. Built for a role that barely existed three years ago, it gives the people shaping the country's next generation of startups a place to find each other, trade playbooks, and move together.
Our work focused on the digital front door. We designed and built the entire Launch Crew website from scratch — brand translation, structure, copy, and development under one roof — giving a fast-growing community a home that matches its momentum. Since the site went live, Launch Crew has scaled to 350+ Founders Associates, 30+ events, and 700+ attendees across Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg.
